One-component numerical dispenser


Characteristics of the mta® numerical volumetric dispenser for mono-component products (NVD):

  • Dispensing of liquid or viscous products
  • Simple setting of the dispensing parameters via numerical controller
  • Adjustable dispensing volume from 0.1 mm³ to 1250 mm³
  • Volumetric dispensing without valve
  • Piston and cylinder made of ceramic
  • Repeatability of the dispensed volume > 99%
  • No seals in the piston-cylinder system

 
The NVD dispenser can be integrated into the platforms of our robotic cell FRC500, table-top robot TR300 and OEM robot or proposed as a dispensing station.
