Continuous flow dispenser


Characteristics of the mta® volumetric continuous flow dispenser (CFD): 

  • Dispensing of mono-component and two-component products such as loaded or anaerobic glues, soldering and brazing pastes, silicon and other liquids or viscous products
  • Volumetric continuous flow dispensing thanks to a rotating displacement system
  • Simple setting of the dispensing parameters via numerical controller
  • Adjustable dispenser volume from 0.4 mm³
  • Repeatability of the dispensed volume > 99%

 
The CFD dispenser can be used manually or integrated into the platforms of our robotic cell FRC500, table-top robot TR300 and OEM robot or proposed as a dispensing station.
