There are increasing demands for two-component products which have to be manually applied with high precision, in several mixing ratios and within short pot lifes. This is a challenge for which we offer standardised mta® solutions.

MiXpoint mixing device (MXP)

The MiXpoint is a volumetric, high precision mixing device for two-components (mostly glues). Usually, syringes, cartridges or similar containers are filled in. The MiXpoint is capable of mixing very small quantities within seconds. It is equipped with a special cleaning and purging program that prevents the product from hardening inside the device.

Continuous flow dispenser (CFD)

Manual, continuous and volumetric dispensing can be carried out with the mta CFD dispenser. Mono and two-components products can be applied. The dispensing system is based on a clever and high precision multiple piston system, guaranteeing a high repeatability.

The integrated control device is microprocessor driven with an intuitive user interface.
