MiXpoint mixing device
The mta® MiXpoint is a volumetric, high precision mixing device for two-components (mostly glues). Usually, syringes, cartridges or similar containers are filled in. The MiXpoint is capable of mixing very small quantities within seconds. The concept consists of the calibrated ratio block and the patented D-mixer, both of which are used with a great success into mta® automatic systems. Pushing a single button allows the perfect mixed medium of the desired quantity to flow through the nozzle. To prevent gluing of the mixing chamber after use of the MiXpoint, a cleaning and purging program starts automatically right after the product mixing process. |
