Robot BR300

The mta® iron soldering robot BR300 is controlled by an industrial PC, allowing semi automatic to fully automatic point-to-point bottom side selective soldering operations. The increasing demands of our customers in terms of quality, precision and repeatability lead to increasing levels of automation. Therefore, bottom side soldering tasks for THT/PTH components can be carried rapidly, also in micro-areas.

The 3 or 4 axes can be programmed easily and individually. The same applies for the soldering parameters of each soldered point.

Furthermore, THT/PTH components can be soldered without handling or turning over the PCB. This production method is considered as the most flexible and most efficient in this domain.

Thanks to the modular concept and the SMEMA interface, this robot can be easily integrated into existing production lines with a transfer system for example.
