Test laboratories

Process specialist as well as being high-quality, precision machine manufacturer, we determine the best technique for each application in our test laboratories and advise our customers in the optimisation of their production processes.

During the feasibility phase for soldering, physical properties such as material structure, surface treatment, alloy structure of soldering wire and type of flow are studied. These analyses enable us to define the “solderability” of the components as well as the most appropriate mta® soldering technique.

In the area of dispensing, it is elements such as dispensed material properties, ratio and life-span of the mixture, viscosity and specific density that are studied. This in turn enables us to determine the optimal dispensing characteristics of mono-component or two-component products as well as the appropriate mta® dispenser and nozzle.

A report is established to demonstrate the feasibility and the characteristics of the technique recommended by ourself.
