mta automation ag, based in Gals (Switzerland) and part of the unitechnologies group, has key-competences in selective soldering and volumetric dispensing processes, based on proven international experience since 1966. We design and realise standardised systems for the automation of these processes adapted to our customer specifications thanks to our competences in this domain.

A process specialist as well as a high-quality, precision machine manufacturer, we determine the best technique for each application in our test laboratories and advise our customers in the optimisation of their production processes.

With applications in many industries such as medical, automotive, electronics, telecommunications, household appliances and watchmaking, we are present on 5 continents thanks to our network of subsidiaries, distributors and representatives.

Whether based on semi-automatic or fully-automatic lines, mta units have soldered, dispensed, assembled and tested several billion parts throughout the world.

Sysmelec designs, develops and delivers turnkey automated systems for high precision assembly of miniaturised products. Sysmelec has a also wide range of engineering competences and a unique conception methodology which allow to satisfy its customers needs in an efficient and cost effective way. Furthermore Sysmelec also offers standardised automatic modules for a chosen number of applications. mta and Sysmelec are present on the same industrial site and employ more than 100 highly-qualified specialists.
